Title: Manufacturing Manager
Reporting to: Manufacturing Director

Responsibility:

1. Schedule production activities to ensure plan attainment rate
2. Optimize resources utilization, people, machines and utility, to improve productivity and efficiency
3. Achieve optimum employee levels with the least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan
4. Train all supervisors to perform their role properly and make sure all employees with production behavior in professional manner
5. Be responsible for the training, development, and performance evaluations of the employees, with corrective action taken as necessary on a timely basis, in accordance with company policies
6. Take charge of the issues of production, including technical, process, quality and facility maintenance, to achieve production goal
7. Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems, following up with corrective action plans
8. Have quick reaction on production problems and take prompt action for correction and prevention

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering background is preferable
2. At least 5 years production management experience, preferably in a relevant industry
3. Good command of English, especially at written and reading skills
4. Strong people management skill, especially with shop floor staff
5. Result-oriented with experience in multi-national environment
6. Be honest, aggressive, mature, professional and dedicated
7. Be familiar with ERP systems
