Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Report to: Manufacturing Manager

Overview Description:
Lead the maintenance team to maintain the production equipment in good condition and running at high performance to meet production requirements. He is also responsible for EHS in the production area.

Specific Responsibilities:
· Set repairing schedules & preventive maintenance plan; be in charge of organizing resources to implement the approved schedules and the plan.

· Prepare department maintenance budget and control the expense respectively when the budget approved.

· Develop and monitor spare parts plan and conduct spare parts localization to ensure both well support production needs and cost competitiveness.

· Develop technical training plan and conduct the training for technicians to continuously improve their working skill, and conduct training for operators to enhance assets care.

· Take all of means including periodical approach and routine actions to ensure high performance of the production machine, analyze running statistics, check and follow machine conditions, lower machine downtime, and etc.

· Take charge of department EHS responsibilities, develop and execute Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and be the EHS representative of department for internal EHS audit and etc.

· Lead maintenance team for innovations to improve machine performance, safety condition and ergonomics conditions.

· Work as the contact channel to communicate with Process Engineering and Utility department for relevant projects and problem solving.

Required Background:
· University degree or above major at mechanical / electrical engineering.

· 6 years working experience with at least 3 years above maintenance group management experience. The skills & experience of maintenance, machine design and development, project management within large scale manufacture plant or engineering field are appreciated.

· Good English in reading, speaking and writing.

· Good computer skills in MS-Office, Auto CAD.
