   Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Report to: Assistant Ops Director

Overview Description:

Lead the maintenance team to maintain the production equipment in good conditions and running at high performance to help KPI delivery. Prepare & Control budget for maintenance. Build up high capability of team of both technical skills and collaboration in challenging status.
He is also responsible for EHS in the production area.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Set up maintenance team’s objectives, MTBF, MTTR, Downtime, and etc., to help delivering key performance indicators aligned with business OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategy, and Measurements). Develop relative tactics and actions and respectively ensure their excellent execution.

· Prepare maintenance budget considering Equipment Excellence and Cost Effectiveness as well, and well monitor its implementation when approved.

· Robust preventive maintenance (PM) planning and implementing process to ensure more reliable equipment availability thus to benefit customer service level’s improvement.

· Develop and monitor spare parts plan and conduct spare parts localization to ensure both well support production needs and cost competitiveness.

· Identify training needs, develop technical training plan and conduct the training to technical team to continuously improve their working skills. Identify operating improvement opportunities through technical sides to support better Operator Asset Care (OAC), which need technical standardization and training.

· Take all of means including periodical approach and routine actions to ensure high performance of the production machine, analyze running statistics, check and follow machine conditions, lower machine downtime, and etc.

· Take charge of department EHS responsibilities, develop and execute Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and be the EHS representative of department for internal EHS audit and etc.

· Lead and / or sponsor projects in equipment excellence, EHS compliance, and etc.

Required Background:

· University degree or above major at mechanical / electrical engineering.

· 8 years working experience with at least 3 years above maintenance group management experience. The skills & experience of maintenance, machine design and development, project management within large scale manufacture plant or engineering field are appreciated.

· Fluent English in reading, speaking and writing.

· Good computer skills

· Certified Belt in Lean / Six Sigma is preferred
